Ad Astra Internal Requests Forms

 

Please use the specialized Internal Request Forms to reserve any atrium, parking lot, event area, or conference center. To access the Internal Event Request Forms, log on to Ad Astra before clicking the request form links below. You may locate Ad Astra on Collin.OneLogin.com.  Each campus has an Internal Event Request Form for all departments to use except Academic or Workforce departments, which these departments have separate request forms due to the required approvals. The campus internal event request form requires a 10-day lead time for all stakeholders to be notified. 

To reserve a conference center for an  Academic or Workforce division event  requires a 30-day lead time and  the submission of two forms:  An  Internal Academic & Workforce Event request form  and a digital Event Proposal Form. Please note: Once you submit the Internal Academic & Workforce Event request form, your reserved space is tentatively held, and Conference Services will send you a digital Event Proposal Form.
